Since 1998, Lowertown Web Services has delivered innovative, dynamic, scalable web solutions to Saint Paul’s most prominent individuals, whether or not they asked. We are proud to be a full-service agency located in Lowertown, the first neighborhood of the first of the Twin Cities.
We are not the biggest web agency in the Twin Cities. The biggest one is across the river, in a building with a lot of glass, near a lake they would like you to know about. We have never thought about this. We think about it constantly. We have a whole wall about it.

We were here first.
Saint Paul was incorporated in 1854. Minneapolis, 1867. We mention it early so nobody else has to. We mention it later, too.
We are the capital.
Of the whole state. Laws are made here. The Capitol is here. Minneapolis has a sculpture of a spoon.
Our streets make sense.
To us. They were laid out by oxcarts, and Seventh Street crosses Seventh Street. A grid is for people who give up.
